Details	Cook County Paranormal Investigations is a society of open minded people interested in obtaining evidence of the supernatural. A forum for like-minded people to share their experiences with and help promote an understanding of ghosts and the supernatural. We investigate cemeteries, homes, buildings, and any area considered haunted. We research the places we intend to investigate, learning of the stories and history of the place before we go. Then we look for supernatural phenomena using cameras, video cameras, digital audio recorders, and other equipment. Only after careful examination of our evidence and ruling out all possible natural causes do we deem the evidence supernatural in nature. Membership is free to join and we are a non-profit organization. All we ask is to bring an open mind (skeptic or not), adhere to our rules, and NEVER fake evidence. The only thing we do to our evidence is zoom in on parts for better detail, watermark our photos, or outline objects in the photos. We do not Photoshop, add audio to our recordings, or tamper with any of our evidence; what you see is what you get! If you get nothing, it is alright. If you get something, that is great. If you get nothing and add something, you are ruining what this is all about!
