| John Miller and a diverse group of friends originally founded the Akron Paranormal Society in 2006. In 2008 the group was disbanded due to lack of interest and loss of members. In 2017 The Akron Paranormal Society was resurrected from the ashes. John Miller, Team Director/Lead Investigator and Troy Miller, Investigator/Pagan Specialist decided that it was the perfect time to start a paranormal group and began to plan and reach out to other members and groups in order to ignite their research and passion into the paranormal. From there Johnny Drenner of the Glen Burnie Ghost Hunters and star of A Haunting was the next member of the team and assumed the role of Deputy Lead Investigator/Deliverance Minister. The group uses a mix of science and spiritual/psychic research data and theory. TAPS was founded to help those who are experiencing what they believe to be paranormal and are unable to help themselves. | |
