| Recognizing the need for a standardized and balanced approach to paranormal investigation and research, the original APIS chapter was formed in Phoenix, Arizona, USA by four passionate and dedicated investigators. The Allied Paranormal Investigation Society founding members come from a variety of diverse scientific, academic, and spiritual backgrounds. The APIS founding members collectively have over 70 years of experience in paranormal research and investigation. Each member of the team brings individual expertise in relevant, specialized areas including clinical research, data collection and analysis, psychology, education and applied technology. | |
