We use scientific and traditional methods to investigate. All evidence is reviewed and revealed in a timely manner. As needed guidance will be provided as applicable to the client's needs. | Restless Souls Paranormal of CNY is a team of experienced paranormal investigators serving the communities of Central New York & its surrounding areas. We use both scientific methods with cutting edge technology & in depth research to investigate possible paranormal events. Our investigations include public structures and private residences. Although not every “knock in the dark” is something tangible, there are things that happen which cannot be explained! Restless Souls Paranormal of CNY will assist the client in finding out an answer to the best of our ability via our equipment, research & combined personal experience. We are a serious group of professionally-minded adults who believe that skepticism is healthy & that all reasonable explanations should be ruled out prior to declaring an experience to be paranormal in nature. All evidence collection is thoroughly reviewed & a reveal will be provided. Regardless of the outcome, Restless Souls Paranormal of CNY will assist the client into making an informed decision about their needs or concerns. Restless Souls Paranormal of CNY is a not-for-profit organization; our services are always free to the client &/ business that seeks our help. Restless Souls Paranormal of CNY Our Mission Statement: 1. To help our community in need with possible paranormal events in the most professional way possible. Using both scientific methods with cutting edge technology & in depth research we will investigate a site thoroughly to find a plausible answer for the client(s). 2. To continuously research various areas of the paranormal field, both scientific and non-traditional topics, including but not limited to, the varying spiritual needs of clients. To embrace education and research to better serve our community & our clients is essential for our team. 3. To conduct investigations honestly. All aspects of an investigation will be implemented professionally and honestly. Evidence will always be treated with an open mind and the client will be told honest results we find to the best of our knowledge. 4. To be honest with all clients in regard to cases. Our group will be truthful with a client if they have a case or not, and will be happy to refer a client to another paranormal investigation team or spiritualist if necessary. We will never approach a case that is beyond our scope of knowledge or practice. In this area, we respectfully reserve the right to refuse service to anyone. 5.
