| 1982 was the year that an organization by the name of PRAIR or Paranormal Research And Investigative Reconnaissance was formed by J. Burkhart who was living at that time in Ontario County New York. Principle method of paranormal investigations at that time were based more on scientific and investigative deductive reasoning and surveillance. 1992 brought about variable changes regarding procedural handling and acquisition of paranomalous phenomenon where greater focus was then placed upon behavior occurrence in correlation with environmental factors resulting in the creation of an overall comprehension on anomalous signatures. 2002 marked our twentieth year in existence after having logged thousands of hours and hundreds of cases involving a wide spectrum of paranormal and supernatural occurrences also involving private research. | |
